Yuval Sorotzkin is a fashion designer and artist specializing in couture and eveningwear, recognized for her technically rigorous and concept-driven approach to garment construction. She holds a BFA in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she received the Critic Award for Special Occasion Design. She also completed specialized knitwear studies at Politecnico di Milano.

With over thirteen years of experience, Sorotzkin’s practice is grounded in advanced draping, pattern development, and couture hand-finishing techniques. Her work is defined by a focus on the internal architecture of garments, often exposing construction processes through deconstruction, visible structure, and material experimentation.

Her collections have been presented in New York during Fashion Week, as well as in retail and exhibition contexts, engaging both industry and public audiences.

Operating at the intersection of couture craftsmanship and artistic research, Sorotzkin develops garments that function as both technical objects and expressive forms. Her work challenges traditional notions of completion, positioning clothing as an evolving structure shaped through process, reconstruction, and material dialogue.
